WRD Properties provides development and property management services for properties owned by
William R. DePhillipo and by its limited partners who are comprised of high-net worth
individuals with real estate interests.
WRD Properties was formed in 2003 when it purchased our first of many mixed use buildings
in West Conshohocken, PA. Many of its current portfolio are in West Conshohocken,
Conshohocken and Downingtown Pa.
We are actively pursuing any buildings whether mixed use, residential,
commercial or strip centers in need for updating or major renovation. We are also
looking for development projects from 5,000-50,000 sqft. in the tri-state area.
